Design, not prompts.

AI models are raw materials; their agents and workflows must still be designed.
We have always defined what a product should be, designing both the visual surface and the underlying system. Designing for AI requires the exact same discipline. Nobody gets a tailored result by simply prompting a model a few times. We translate your brand values, design language and user context into precise structural logic for a machine to execute. Because we understand both worlds, we will tell you when a bottleneck needs AI, when it needs traditional design and when a broken process simply needs deleting.
What we build with AI,
and what it solves
RepeatableCommand
A routine task, codified into precise structural logic so it runs identically every single time. It offloads repetitive execution to the system, protecting your team’s focus.
ExampleTurn a client meeting transcript into a perfectly formatted project brief.
StandardSkill
A baseline capability loaded automatically, ensuring quality never relies solely on the user. It hardcodes your established best practices directly into daily workflows.
ExampleApply your company tone of voice and strict legal compliance to every email.
SpecialistAgent
An autonomous specialist with a single job, dedicated memory, and strict permissions. It handles operations in the background without constant human oversight.
ExampleScan monthly supplier invoices to flag errors and summarise cost trends.
KnowledgeContext
The foundational layer holding what your company knows and how it makes decisions. This proprietary data is exactly what makes the model’s final output uniquely yours.
ExampleUse your company data to answer team queries without deep searches.
The same job,
long before AI
We built a design system that global product teams use every day. We designed a brand built to survive on both a browser tab and a robot chassis in a solar field. We created an identity for collaborative robots that had to earn trust on a warehouse floor. None of this was solved by simply drawing something beautiful. Every solution was worked out, specified, handed to builders, and refined until it was right. Designing logic for AI models requires the exact same discipline.
Then the builder
became a model
Auwa is our own brand, built entirely in this studio from character to code. It was the first time we directed an AI model instead of a human development team. We quickly realised that everything we usually explained out loud now had to be strictly codified before the system could act. That structured writing became the design work itself. The Auwa brand now remains perfectly cohesive as we scale it up.
Three ways to
engage us
If you are unsure where to begin, start with the working session. It is a low-risk diagnostic that delivers a clear strategy, identifying where your team’s time goes, mapping potential automated tasks to save time and costs. Yours to keep regardless of what happens next.

A working session
Half a day with the studio partners, followed by a written playbook. We map out where your time actually goes, what to automate first, and the exact return on each change.
- TakesHalf a day plus the write-up
- You getA strategic playbook you own
- Best forFinding the best starting point
- 02Build it
The setup
A focused two-week sprint. We codify how your company decides, build the specific agents to solve your team’s bottlenecks, and train everyone to run it autonomously.
- TakesTwo to three weeks
- You getCustom tools and foundation files
- Best forSolving known operational bottlenecks
- 03All of it
The wider work
Sometimes your brand, website, and product no longer fully align. If the foundation is fractured, AI only scales the chaos. Fixing that is our original, core studio expertise.
- TakesFive to ten weeks
- You getA cohesive brand, site, and system
- Best forRealigning a fragmented identity
Proof of concept:
The Life OS
To stress-test our own frameworks, we applied our principles of codified context to build a personal operating system. It demonstrates how proprietary data and tailored UX transform commodity AI into highly secure, hyper-personalised tools. Explore how we put our design philosophy into practice.

Before you ask
It stays with you. Everything we set up runs on your own machines and your own accounts. We host nothing, store nothing, and nothing you input ever reaches us. If a task requires us to handle sensitive material, we agree on terms first so you remain entirely in control.
Files you own outright. For design work, that means Figma files, asset packs, and readable brand guidelines, because humans working with AI must understand the brand to judge the output. Alongside that, we build machine-readable versions for your tools. For AI work, you receive all context files, custom agents, and commands, installed directly on your hardware.
No. Most of the people we work with have never opened a terminal. The entire point is that your team runs everything independently. If our setup requires you to be technical, we have failed at our job.
They will change constantly, which is why codifying how your company operates is safer than buying into rigid software. Your core files remain yours and easily migrate to whatever comes next. We will advise you when a new tool is genuinely worth adopting and when it is just noise.
Because an AI system is fundamentally a design problem. A model only executes well when the rules, context, and user experience are strictly defined. We apply the same structural rigour to your internal workflows as we do to premium brands. Whether you need us to untangle a messy operational bottleneck from scratch, or you already have a precise brief ready to execute, we ensure the final system is cohesive, intuitive, and built for the humans actually using it.
