Systems for Work and Life

AI models are commodities; your context is proprietary
Today, the real work is in the describing rather than the coding, which is why our twenty years of knowing what makes a great experience matters more now rather than less. We build small systems that codify your brand, voice, and decisions into text, so your tools can execute with that taste baked in. No more dead PDFs. We run our studio on this method, and we run our lives on it. The two halves below use the exact same principles, and everything in the second one is free to download.
Four ways to give your AI taste
A model cannot infer your brand from an empty chat box. We set up your identity and operational memory and translate them into codified context: formats that AI tools can actually read and follow. Auwa is the worked example: its brand, website, store, and paperwork all run from one shared set of files.
IdentityBrand
The identity and the system that holds it, handed over in a form you and your AI tools can read rather than a PDF that is stale in six months.

A written standard for how the business sounds, and a check that tells you when a draft has drifted from it before anyone else notices.
- CoversHow the brand writes
- You getWritten rules your AI follows
ProductBuild
Design system, website and product, designed and built by the same hands, so nothing is lost or quietly reinterpreted on the way between them.
- CoversSystem, site, product
- You getDesign and code as one
KnowledgeMemory
Your business’s goals, standards and decisions, written down so they survive every AI session and every piece of output stays consistent.
- CoversDecisions and standards

A wealthy life is more than just money
The exact same principles of codified context apply outside the studio. We have built ourselves a system for eight things worth being rich in. They are free, they run in Claude Code on your own machine, and nothing you put into them ever reaches us. More arriving soon.
JournalMind
Somewhere to write the worry down, and an audit that reads it back to you months later. Ours stands at fourteen out of fourteen wrong.

Twenty years of work where the surface is the small part
We have built a design system used daily by global product teams we will never meet, a brand that had to survive a robot chassis in a solar field as well as a browser tab, and an identity for collaborative robots that had to engineer trust on a warehouse floor. None of it could be solved by just drawing something beautiful on top.
Then we built our own brand, with AI in the room
Auwa is our own brand, built entirely in this studio from character to code, with no handoffs. It was our first project working alongside AI, and we quickly realised how much had to be written down. Twenty years of judgement that had only lived in our hands now had to exist as text, because a model cannot infer taste. That codification became the actual work, ensuring every piece of the brand aligned perfectly.
